Referral Program:

I owe much of my business to your word-of-mouth referrals, so this is my way of saying thank you! If you refer a new client to my practice and they book and attend an appointment, you can choose either:
a) $25 off your next 60-minute session, or
b) a 75-minute session for the price of a 60-minute session.

Note on Payment:

I accept all major debit and credit cards. To minimize the cost of credit card fees, I prefer payment by debit or e-transfer. However, if it’s important to you for whatever reason to pay by credit, I will still gladly accept credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost.

I'll waive this fee for emergencies, and for one non-emergency late cancellation per rolling 12-month period (the waiver resets 12 months after you use it) — provided you let me know as soon as you're able that you need to cancel.

I know life happens, and I want this policy to leave room for that, while also protecting appointment time and the income tied to it.

Insurance:

I’m happy to direct bill your insurance plan and can offer direct billing with most major insurance providers. If direct billing is unsuccessful, you will still be responsible for the cost of your session.
